Care chapter
Put the care options side by side
Use the same questions for each option. Keep the answers in writing.
A clear answer versus an unanswered question
Clear
The offer names the exact medicine, the person responsible for care, and the pharmacy that supplies it. It explains the included care and payment terms.
Still open
The offer names only “peptide care”, gives only a low opening price, or points to a government listing without explaining what it shows.
Use this comparison sheet
- Exact medicine: what is its name, and is it a tablet or an injection?
- Reason for treatment: what problem is the plan addressing?
- Care responsibility: who assesses me and answers later questions?
- Arizona authority: which board and record can I check?
- Pharmacy: who makes the medicine, and who supplies it?
- Medicine charge: what is included and for how long?
- Care charge: a visit fee, a monthly service fee, or another arrangement?
- Test charge: which tests and which separate bill?
- Later charges: what changes after the opening period?
- Exit terms: how do cancellation and refunds work?
Keep these distinctions in view
FDA is short for Food and Drug Administration, the agency for medicines in the U.S.
FDA registration means a medicine-making site has listed itself with FDA. Under the federal rules checked September 26, 2026, that listing alone does not show product approval.
The national pages checked in September 2026 commonly billed medicine separately from the monthly service fee.
