Request the medicine charge, the care charge, and any separate test charge in writing. Ask when each payment repeats.
Membership and medicine can be separate
A membership is a fee paid each month for the care service. Ask what it includes and how to end it.

Tests need their own line
The test packages checked in September 2026 included different tests. Comparing their prices alone would not compare the same service.
Ask for the names of proposed tests, why each is needed, and the full charge. Put that quote beside the medicine and care charges.
Questions that reveal the later bill

- What happens to charges if treatment stops?
